What is Afghan Cuisine

Afghan cooking is built on slow-cooked meats, hand-rolled breads, and spice blends that warm without burning - dishes passed through generations and made fresh each day.

Lamb Biryani

Slow-cooked basmati layered with spiced lamb, served with house-made sauce and salad.

Bolani

Crispy stuffed flatbread, fried to order with a potato and leek filling and mint chutney alongside.

Lamb Karahi

Tender lamb on the bone in a rich, spiced tomato gravy with rice or naan.

Chicken Biryani

Fragrant basmati with whole spices and chicken, generous and made fresh each sitting.
